This image came to me while pregnant with my 2nd set of twins. When held against my body, the site from where the water flows aligns to the spot where the needle pierced my son's heart during amniocentesis.

I am comforted in the belief he came into this world to ensure the birth of his twin brother, and perhaps to atone for his own sin in a past life. He was blessed, as all infant deaths, with immediate entry into the World to Come, Olam Habah.

This piece depicts the twin balance of Equals/Opposites, Yin/Yang, Life/Death .
